Tracking for SAR and Law Enforcement

Tracking is a skill, an art-form, something that must be taught, practiced and used in-order to become and maintain proficiency.

It has been said the human leave nearly 3000 signs in a mile.  Can you find the signs to put your team on course?

Our Three day basic Tracking course will set you on the right track for developing your skills in the fine art of tracking. Using both day and night scenarios you will be tracking people who could be lost or are fleeing suspects.

Using a tracking stick and some other basic tools you will be able to sign cut, and determine direction of travel in a wide variety of terrains.  Sometimes just getting the right direction of travel is all that is needed to find a missing person.

In the course you will be taught to hone your observation skills, and your ability to communicate and relay pertinent information to other trackers and search Teams.
