Randy Ashmore is a retired Boatswains-mate, and a qualified Coxswain on many small boats.  He has spent a good part of his career teaching and developing others skills in small boat operations. His unique approach and years of experience operating boats in heavy weather, swift water, or far offshore have given him an ability that he gladly shares with his students finding them their niche in safe boat operations.
