Detector Course
Learn the skills you need and gain confidence in your detector allowing you to unlock many well kept secrets of crime scenes.
There are numerous “Evidence Gardens,” located on our training facility. Students will be given the opportunity to locate various items or evidence ranging from jewelry to ordnance.
In the class you will learn the limitations of your detector and how you can improve your own skills with your detector. You will be given various scenarios, and practical situations for which to work through. You will learn how to properly fit your detector, as well as how to use the various controls your detector has from proper discrimination, to precision pin-pointing.
Through hands on practical you will solve various crime scene problems and unlock a variety of well kept secrets.
You will learn what equipment should go with you, if you have to work a remote crime scene and how to get there using a UTV.
