Incident Command System (ICS)

We have all heard of ICS, many of us have taken the courses in ICS,but how many truly understand and know how to implement it into our responses?

Randy, our ICS instructor has been teaching ICS and using it for over a decade both for drills and on actual responses.  Randy takes great pride in being able to explain the ICS process to his students, whether they are Corporate Executives, First Responders, or military personnel.  Let us work with your staff to develop your understanding of the ICS process.  Randy is trained through I-400 and is recognized for his ICS knowledge at many levels, by a wide variety of agencies.  We can, and do offer courses that meet the requirements outlined in the NIMS process.  If you or your department have already taken various ICS courses and are still wanting more or want to see how to put this process to work during a drill or exercise please feel free to contact us and we will work with you to make that happen.

The Planning “P”--understanding how to use this will help keep the ICS Process flowing smoothly

Making scenarios that allow for students to apply what they have learned is very important to us -- let us know what you need, what type of responses you work and we will curtail the practical scenarios to meet your needs.  ICS is an all hazard approach to response and works across the board, but to have a better understanding of how to use ICS properly  you need to apply it, practice it and use it.
